Wat betekent een klanttevredenheid onderzoek voor Unilever Food Solutions?

Hoe enthousiast is UFS zelf over “continue meten”?

Unilever Food Solutions came out as the Best Manufacturer in the Customer Satisfaction Dutch Foodservice Benchmark study 2016 conducted by Customore Consulting. UFS receives this award for 8th time in a row, since the study started in 2002, which makes this achievement even bigger.

The Foodservice Benchmark Study runs every 2 years. The participants are A-brand manufacturers like Unilever Food Solutions, Coca-Cola, Nestlé Professional, Jacobs Douwe Egberts, FrieslandCampina, Farm Frites and others. The study compares the participants with industry peers and their direct competition, for example HJ Heinz.

The survey is conducted via face-to-face interviews with the customers of the industry through all channels; Trade, Horeca, Catering, Cure & Care, Petrol, Vending etc. On average some 200 interviews of approximately one hour are held for every study to provide the participants with concrete customer quotes on how to improve from a customer’s perspective.

UFS was recognized as the Best Manufacturer with an average score of 7,4 (on a 0-10 scale), the highest average scored noted and a performance that grew with 0,2 compared to 2014.

UFS outperformed the industry on two of the most important measured aspects being Professionalism Account management and Customer Centric Thinking and Acting.

UFS is also regarded as the “most professional” Manufacturer by customers in Foodservice Nederland for 14 consecutive years, a stunning performance.
